Love this sweet is worth waiting for.

Every Becky Wade fan has been nail-bitingly waiting for this final book in the Bradofrd Sisters collection and it was worth waiting for

Sweet On You is full of all the right thrills to make any romance addict swoon. A too tough for her own good super chick, a brooding and all too handsome man who loves her – secretly, an intreguging scandl, and steamy kisses.

As a mother, I had moments that a part of me wanted to knock some sense into our stuborn Britt’s head. The woman in me though undertood her desire to be self-sufficiant; burying herself in a shroud of lively energy and her work. It is not the kind of life to live, as Britt finds.

Sweet, Zander. Three words describe the man – faithful, resilient, and patient. We saw in the other two books in the series hints of this man’s affections for Britt. His unrequited love broke my heart. He won me over immediatly.

Don’t make me comment on the kisses. “Swoony!”

Now, to the lesson. Why? Because every great CFR (Christian Fiction Romance) has a beautiful lesson and the bible verse at the end sums it all up perfectly. “Trust in the Lord with your whole heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Nothing more to say. It is perfect as is.

***I was provided a copy of Sweet On You by Bethany House and Becky Wade so that I might read the book so I may offer my honest opinion on it.

Britt Bradford and Zander Ford have been the best of friends since they met thirteen years ago. Unbeknown to Britt, Zander has been in love with her for just as long.

Independent and adventurous Britt channels her talent into creating chocolates at her hometown shop. Zander is a bestselling author who’s spent the past eighteen months traveling the world. He’s achieved a great deal but still lacks the only thing that ever truly mattered to him–Britt’s heart.

When Zander’s uncle dies of mysterious causes, he returns to Merryweather, Washington, to investigate, and Britt is immediately there to help. Although this throws them into close proximity, both understand that an attempt at romance could jeopardize their once-in-a-lifetime friendship. But while Britt is determined to resist any change in their relationship, Zander finds it increasingly difficult to keep his feelings hidden.

As they work together to uncover his uncle’s tangled past, will the truth of what lies between them also, finally, come to light?

About Becky Wade

During her childhood in California, Becky frequently produced homemade plays starring her sisters, friends, and cousins.  These plays almost always featured a heroine, a prince, and a love story with a happy ending.  She’s been a fan of all things romantic ever since.

Becky and her husband lived overseas in the Caribbean and Australia before settling in Dallas, Texas.  It was during her years abroad that Becky’s passion for reading turned into a passion for writing.  She published three historical romances for the general market, put her career on hold for many years to care for her kids, and eventually returned to writing sheerly for the love of it.  She’s delighted to be penning warm, wry, and heartwarming contemporary romances for the Christian market.  She’s the Christy and Carol award winning author of My Stubborn Heart, the Porter Family series, and the Bradford Sisters Romance series.

These days Becky can be found failing but trying to keep up with her housework, sweating at the gym, carting her kids around town, playing tennis, hunched over her computer, eating chocolate, or collapsed on the sofa watching TV with her husband.
